In addition to our processing services, we have a wonderful retail food business bringing you the finest aged U.S.D.A Choice Black Angus Beef, corn and milk fed pork, Red Bird Farms all natural chicken products, South Dakota Buffalo, the best tasting and juiciest ground beef and ground buffalo in the area, aged Wisconsin cheese, farm fresh eggs (from our own chickens) and a large selection of great rubs, spices, sauces, and condiments.
We have our own sausage kitchen which produces a large array of award winning fresh and smoked sausages, beef and buffalo jerky, summer sausages and snack sticks.
