Located in Oklahoma City, Effective Transitions provides preeminent educational, counseling and employment services. Founded in 2002, it is a nonprofit, community-based agency that sponsors and promotes community development activities for youths and adults in central Oklahoma. The organization is a designated youth serving agency and is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
