Terry gained experience and knowledge of the confectionery cuisine while working for his families Caramel Crisp Shop in Estes Park, Colorado. Some of his recipes originate from there and date back to 1940. Terry continues to use many of these old fashioned recipes in order to ensure that you will enjoy every bite taken of his daily fresh fudge and chocolate creations.
