In 1965, a group of Atlanta arts patrons transformed Buckhead's historic Swan House estate into an art gallery, restaurant and gift shop. Swan House's restaurant is known as as go-to place for ladies' luncheons and its menu features signature chicken salad dishes, spinach quiche, homemade soup and tea. Daily entrees include salmon and crab cakes, grilled salmon fillets, chicken curry and chicken crisps.
The large Swan House gift shop includes a boutique, jewelry, home wares and items for babies and children. Swan House Art Gallery, an integral part of the Swan Coach House experience, features works by the South's most established talent, as well as the area's new and emerging artists.

Art Center Sarasota prides itself on being the sum of Sarasota's artistic energy. Artists and art enthusiasts are welcome. Exhibitions featuring culurally-significant events are common. The center also hosts lectures, discussions, classes, workshops, demonstrations, receptions and special events.
Situated right in downtown Napa, Artists of the Valley Gallery is an offshoot of the Napa Valley Art Association. The gallery is a nonprofit run by the artists represented within the space as part of its duties for membership. Currently there are 52 artists represented. Works range in media from oil to acrylic paintings rendering wine country vignettes to pottery, jewelry, and paints on silk. The gallery features two artists a month. Proceeds from sales go toward scholarships for local schools. The Artists of the Valley Gallery is a current member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Regrettably, Segway Experience at Patriot Place will not be returning for the 2013 season. The staff are thankful to both Patriot Place and the community for their support over the past couple of years.

Segway Experience at Patriot Place offers transportation and guided Segway tours of Patriot Place. Segway Personal Transporters are available for individuals in search of something interesting to do. Patriot Place features a wide variety of stores, restaurants, entertainment venues and Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution. In addition to sharing local knowledge, guides will instruct tour participants in how to operate the Segway if it happens to be their first time on one. Segway Experience at Patriot Place is closed during the winter months, however gift certificates for tours can be purchased year round.
The Grosse Ile Historical Museum consists of two historical buildings from the 1870s: the Michigan Central Railroad Depot and the Customs House, which was moved to the site in 1979 from its original location on Macomb Street. The two buildings are in the East River Road National Historic District, which includes the St. James Episcopal Church chapel and six private homes. In addition to artifacts on display from the early days of the island's history, art and handicrafts are often for sale at the museum, especially during the holiday season.
Boschertown Grand Prix Racing offers activities for the entire family. There are 2-seater karts for the younger kiddos to ride along with mom or dad, while kids 10 and over can drive the go-karts by themselves. Sprint karts are faster than go-karts and are available to anyone over the age of 16.
For those who like to simply observe, there are bleachers available for seating. Although the hours vary, you will usually find Boschertown open by 3pm daily. Call ahead for more exact times.
Located off Route 19 at the intersection of Washington Road, David's Music House is a music learning and development center that has the atmospher of a coffee house. Coffee and other beverages can be enjoyed while waiting for lessons. Live concerts are hosted here as well, which can feature local and national musicians, and provide a place for arts and music lovers to gather.
T. Heritage Gallery is located near the corner of Pico Boulevard and 32nd Street. Tim Heritage currently shows his unique art collection at the gallery. He is currently working on several series of art, including his famous animal series, the abstract paintings, mixed media collages and acrylic sculptures. The gallery also offers custom hand-finished frames, canvases, mirrors, mounting and more. The gallery has a rotating exhibition schedule specializing in modern and contemporary art in all mediums.
