The Madams history began back on August 6, 1976 when she took her first cruise down Lake Freeman. She was built by Captain Bill Luse from scratch around the hull of his first vessel the Robert E. Lee. He extended her to a length of 135 feet and a beam of 36 feet and built three decks. She reigns as Indianas largest inland vessel. If she sailed the open ocean she would be considered a ship! The Queen of Lake Freeman provides a large enclosed lounge with a bar and dance floor on the first deck. On the second deck, enjoy the enclosed concession stand and plenty of open seating outside to view the lakes beautiful surroundings. Up on the third deck you will find Captain Kit making it all happen. Feel free to go up and say hello and hear his fascinating stories of the surrounding area.
