Panel Masters, Inc is a family owned and operated concrete construction company, specializing in tilt-up panels, cast-in-place foundations, flatwork, and site work for the commercial building industry. We are competitive on hard-bid and negotiated projects, but we particularly enjoy participating in the design-build process. We believe that getting the subcontractor for major project components involved early in the design process consistently leads to greater value for the project owner. Panel Masters, Inc was created early in 2001 by Ray and Dana Grosshans, and a partner who is no longer with the company. We have grown from our humble beginnings, with offices in the basement of the Grosshans family home, to the company we are today, capable of providing excellence on projects of any size. We credit our growth to uncompromising commitment to our company motto, Setting the standard in site cast construction . This statement truly embodies the goals of the company to always provide our clients with the highest quality and value that we can, and to be at the forefront in innovative techniques. Panel Masters field supervisors are usually promoted from within the organization. Only on rare occasions will a supervisor be hired from outside the company. This policy enables us to provide the essential training we require to maintain our own high standards, and encourages employees with ambition for advancement. All field employees are required to become familiar with all aspects of the scopes we offer. Because of our extensive training program, our crews do not lose efficiency in transitioning between different concrete scopes of work when necessary.
