Sensus Precision Die Casting was built in 1956 as a high pressure die cast facility. Sensus provides high volume, pressure tight, thin wall, low porosity, aluminum die castings. We currently have 32 die cast machines ranging from 600 ton to 1400 ton in our 255,000 square foot plant. In addition to castings Sensus offers design assistance, mold flow analysis, machining, and secondary finishing services.
