Headquartered in Wrangell, Ark., Alaska Crossings provides outstanding wilderness programming to youth and adults from around the world. The company offers crossings wilderness expeditions for youth, which is a 46-day experiential program for children dealing with mental health issues. Its program is based in Wrangell Alaska and also takes place in the Tongass National Forest and on the Stikine River in the state. Alaska Crossings offer programs with ocean canoe expedition, hiking and mountaineering expedition and, a river expedition. The institute also offers wilderness education program, including float school, and adult wilderness education and contract education programs.
