Monthly and annual memberships are available for purchase, as well as day passes.

Champions Quest is a premiere Varsity and College Prep Athlete Academy dedicated exclusively to student athletes. This facility is a year-round sports performance school for ages 8-18. Champion's Quest believes in combining the power of functional athletic training with the development of mental toughness to maximize athletic peak performance. The staff focus on improving athlete's mental game and athletic ability to fuel the competitive fire. Specific areas focused on depend on each individual athletes, but may include speed, strength, stamina, agility, quickness, power, flexibility, mental toughness, concentrationm coordination, injury pevention and recovery. Champion's Quest offers both individual and team training opportunities.
The YMCA Surf Camp is internationally known for its incredibly fun and well-organized youth programs. Children of 8 to 17 years from the local San Diego area and as far away as Japan and Germany, come to surf, camp, rockclimb, learn archery and practice team-building exercises from June through August. Located adjacent to an endangered wetland habitat, the location is excellent for the teaching of environmental science. Some programs allow fathers to attend the camp with their sons or daughters, and others are child-focused.

It focuses on building and empowering young men through group activities, community work, sports, leadership roles and more.
