In 1997, David and Kate Dallam began by milking cows, which led them down the exciting "Rocky Road" to making and selling ice cream, cheese and pork sausage. Since its beginning, Broom's Bloom has been delighting local customers with their delicious ice cream and local products. The farm and house date back to the 1700s, and currently, they house the 9th generation of the Dallam family. This restaurant and ice cream shop has a wonderful menu that includes quiche, soup, salads, cheese, fruit and ice cream, and the store sells locally grown produce, sausage, lamb, beef, eggs and flowers. Enjoy an ice cream cone on the patio or order a delectable lunch special. Don't miss out on this jewel of Bel Air's community!
